In the silence of the night
When peacefulness prevails in the soul of our thoughts
And wanderers still their restlessness with a silent ‘hush!’
Tranquility abounds
Silent is the sound of the tick tock clock
Aware of the baby sleeping by his mother’s side
Careful not to disturb the comfort of their union
Loneliness reigns
I send a prayer to the depths of your existence
Hoping that my thoughts extend to where you are
May you be content in the today, for tomorrow
